The apartment is accessed via a tree-lined avenue (no steps). With its own entrance, it is delightfully decorated and furnished with all modern comforts. Composed of two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower; living room very welcoming and with a fully functioning open-hearth fire as its focus and accessing a terrace above the sea. Live-in kitchen is fully equipped with attention to even the minutest detail.
Extra bed can be added at any cost.
Equipped with fridge and freezer, Tv, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, toaster, blender, iron and ironing board, air conditioning.
Apartment guests may use the private descent to the sea of the villa, which via 500 steps through its own pinewood accesses a private rocky bathing area with crystalline waters.
Charges (water, gas) and end-of-stay cleaning included in the weekly price. Electricity consumption to pay on site
Notes: 3km from Positano (well connected via public transport), 2km from Praiano, 10km from Amalfi and 60km from Naples Airport. Restaurant at 700m. Parking in the grounds of the villa (automatic gate).
