Our Casa del Nonno at Pragelato by Sestriere is a typical mountain chalet dived in 5 apartments completely restructed by the grandad's nepheus (ca dël nòno) into a comfortable Holiday House, ideal for family accommodation needs.
We assure guests of being able to offer to a winning mix made of relax, comfort and pleasure and therefore we invite you to spend an unforgattable vacation in Pragelato.

The Chalet is sourrounded by a large secluded park and behind the hill there is a little spring forming a natural pond, the ideal habitat for alpine fauna and flora.
Furthermore you can see sometime timid groups of chamoises or roe-deers feeding or drinking around the chalet area.

* APARTMENTS:

- DOPPIO SOGNO (double dream) for 6-8 people
an exclusive apartment on the ground floor all surrounded by the garden with indipendent entry. It is equiped witha rustic kitchen, a large living room with dining table - a very comfortable room with armchair–bed and a couch- bed.
- LA LUNA E I FALO’ (the moon and the bonfires) for 2-people
set on the ground floor, directly by the garden, it is composed by a living-room with kitchenette and a couch bed - a double room art-nuveau style and ensuite bathroom.
- CIME TEMPESTOSE (wuthering heights) for 6 people
is the bigger apartment that has a double room with ensuite bathroom, a confortable rustic kitchen, a living-room with a big table to host your friends. This room can be turned in an extra bedroom with two confortable couch-beds. All is in green country style colors, from doors to draperies and the apartment has a covered balcony and double bathrooms.
- FIESTA (fiesta) for 4 people
is the apartment with a rustic living-room and kitchen with every confort, double couch-bed - a beautiful double room, two balconies one of wich is covered and equipped with table and chairs. Everything has hot yellow tones.
- VIA COL VENTO (gone with the wind) for 4-6 people
a suite with a rustic living-room with fireplace and couch bed, kitchen with every confort - a romantic double room with baldachined bed and private bathroom, armchair/bed with draperies of silk. This apartment is all red, from the original years ’50 fridge to the draperies and it has 2 balconies.

Every apartment is equipped with: washing machine, refrigerator, microwaves, TV, radio, vcr, dvd, set of linen for rooms and bath, a "windscreen" in the bathroom for your personal secluded angle.
At every apartment disposal there is its space in the garden with table and chairs, beach umbrellas, barbecue and also a parking place.
Our resident guests will find a small library with best sellers and classic books and we are also preparing a new relax zone (with music, reading material and a small fitness).
It is possible to rent mountain-bike locally in order to make pleasant trips.

Pragelato is situated in a famous evocative valley for its spectacular springboards and boasts between the beautifulst tracks than ski of bottom of Europe that in summer transforms in one wonderful ring in the Natural Park of the Val Troncea.

* Val Chisone is also easily accessible from France by the Colle del Sestriere pass, by the Monginevro pass or the motorway tunnel of Frejus.

Torino-Pinerolo line and public bus links from Pinerolo railway station.
- by coach:
many daily links from Turin via Pinerolo and a daily one to France or from Briançon - Gap - Marseille and Briançon - Grenoble.
