It is possible to contact Tirreno Agency that runs the Villas only by CHECK AVAILABILITY for SATURDAY/SATURDAY weekly lets from 18 March to 28 October 06.

The villas are located in Forte dei Marmi in the vicinity of supermakets and shopping centers and are set in a range of 700 to 1.500 meters from the sea.
They are private properties, detached or semi-detached villas with private entrance, garden and parking space.
Many Villas have 2 floors. and each Villa has been furnished according to the comfortable taste of the owner.

VILLA for 4 people:
1 double room, 1 double or twin room, living-room, kitchenette, ensuite bath with tub or shower, garden, car parking.
Approximate weekly rates: € 350,00 low season / € 550,00 medium / € 950,00 high / peack season € 1.150,00 a week from 5 tol 19 August 06 and 2 weeks minimum stay.

VILLA for 6 people:
1 double room, 2 double or twin rooms, living-room, kitchenette, ensuite bath with tub or shower, garden, car parking.
Approximate weekly rates: € 500,00 low season / € 750,00 medium / € 1.200,00 high / peack season € 1.400,00 a week from 5 tol 19 August 06 and 2 weeks minimum stay.

VILLA per 8 people:
1 double room, 3 double or twin rooms, living-room, kitchenette, 2 ensuite bathrooms with tub and shower, garden, car parking.
Approximate weekly rates: € 700,00 low season / € 1.050,00 medium / € 1.500,00 high / peack season € 1.850,00 a week from 5 tol 19 August 06 and 2 weeks minimum stay.

* FOR ALL THE VILLAS:
- Medium season: 3 June - 8 July and the week 26 Aug. - 2 Sept.
- High season: 8 July - 5 August and the week 19-26 Aug.
- Deposit 30% on bookings and balance before arrival.
- Damage deposit to be paid on arrival.
- use of water, gas, electricity are normally to be arranged extra.
- Bed linen and final clenaing are included.
- Pets are NOT welcome.
