Located inside Corte Lucchese country yard, only 2 miles east of Lucca, Casa Rustico can suit a family with 2 or 3 children.
The house is a small cottage set aside in the yard by the swimming-pool and the garden. Cottage Rustico boasts 65 sq.m. mainly on the ground floor with:
- small entrance room with sofa
- a large kitchen-dining room
- a living-room with transformable couch (2 twin beds)
- 1 full shower/wc
and a large mansarda room with a kingsize bed on the upper floor.
FACILITIES AVAILABLE:
- Private parking in front of the cottage.
- Outside forniture to relax or dine in the yard, in the shade of the sun stretcher canvas.
- Secluded swimming-pool on the ground 7,30x4,60x1,20 mts. with communal equipments: sun umbrellas, deck-bed-chairs and tables, open from the end of May till early October.
- Washing machine with iron, board and a little barbecue (communal litlle room by the garden).
- Possibility to arrange for private beach facilities, on request, during the summertime at special conventioned daily rates, in a relaxing Beach Club in Lido di Camiore on the Coast at only 20 min. motorway drive).
Cottage Rustico is fully equipped with all facilities to cook and offers a pleasant comfortable forniture, all the rooms are fresh and airy and have been arranged with care and taste by the owner who speaks fluent English and his family stay at your disposal for any other detail or info you may need.
* WHAT TO SEE:
For its location, the village of Pieve San Paolo is the ideal place to visit Tuscany:
Pisa, Montecatini and the sea coastline are at only 20 min. drive.
Florence, Volterra, Massa and Carrara are just half an hour away while Siena, San Gimigniano and the Cinque Terre (in the Lygurian coast) are at 1 hour drive.
In the premises, Collodi (Pinocchio wonderland) Montecarlo and the Colline Lucchesi (local hills with wineries and olive oil mill) and the magnificient gardens and castles of Villa Mansi - Villa Torrigiani - Villa Reale, are at a short drive.
Puccini's homes can be visited in Lucca, Chiatri, Celle Puccini and Torre del Lago, the stage of the summer opera international festival.
The owner speaks fluent english and his family stay at your disposal for any other detail or info you may need.

Exit motorway A11 (Florence-Pisa Nord/Viareggio) at Capannori and drive direction Lucca.
* If you arrive from Florence, drive straight on and just after 200 mt turn left at the first crossing by the bar. Proceeding along the Via di Tiglio you will soon find the sign of Pieve San Paolo, drive further till you find the number 112 on your left and a litlle further to enter the passage to the yard.
* If you arrive from the coast, turn right over the motorway's bridge and follow the above informations.

- Pisa Int.al "G.Galilei" Airport, at 25 km. and "A. Vespucci" in Florence at 60 km.
