Casa Loretta country house boasts a new flat set inside in an historical building dating back of the nineteenth century that it has been recently completely refurbished (in 2004) featuring the old typical Tuscan oack girders and joists.

Rustic style furniture, outside space with table and chairs (prestigious objects) very elegant and luxurious furnishings.
Rooms: entrance, kitchen, dining-room, lumber-room, two bedrooms, bathroom with bathtub, 4 + 1 Beds.
Facilities: new kitchen with dish-washer and washing-machine.
The flat is located in the center of Stiava (Massarosa, Versilian Riviera) at 6 kms from the sea.
From Viareggio it is possible to reach the village of Stiva and Casa Loretta in ten minutes bus drive.
Change over day is Saturday tought bookings are also welcome in other days during the low season if weekly stays.

* coming from north exit A11 - A11 Motorway Joint at Viareggio-Camaiore and drive towards Camaiore along the SP road up to Stae Road SS 439 (Ponte di Sasso.
Turn right direction Massarosa/Lucca and past Piano di Conca about 2 kms ahead, turn left following sroadsigns to Stiava.
* coming via Florence exit A12 motorway at Massarosa and drive direction Viareggio to reach Montramito, take right at the crossing towards Pietrasanta and shortly ahead right again to Stiava.
** From all directions you will find Casa Loretta in the village centre on your right hand-side.
