The house overlooks a park with swimming pool and other free-time facilities, as alfresco dining and barbecuing courtyards, children’s playground.
It has a big private parking area and is accessible to disabled people.
Small pets are allowed.
La Pergola has a reception hall at its guests’ disposal in the common area with a fireplace, armchairs for relaxing, reading area, satellite TV, internet point and a shared laundry room.
The 4 flats of La Pergola, of different sizes, were built in full respect of the formal and typological elements of the Umbrian tradition.
They are all well-lit, panoramic, tastefully furnished and with all the comforts (cooking area with fridge, independent central heating, air conditioning, colour TV and internal telephone).

Follow the road signs to Palazzo and once you enter the town, right after a Church and a bar, turn right following the sign towards Mora. Drive uphill for about 500 metres and you’ll find La Pergola on your left-hand side.
