Family Agostini propose accommodation in its Flats Melosella inside the Farm House or in the Peretti Bed & Breakfast.
Both activities are inside a wide Farm of 36 hectares made up of woods, olivegroves, wheat fields, sunflowers, grazing land and the cultivation of various vegetables.

* APARTMENTS:
Melosella Holiday House has four furnished apartments for self-catering accommodation on weekly lets.
2 flats are set in the Villa by the garden and 2 more flats are in the main buidling hosting the B&B and where also our family live.
Each flat has its own entrance and a fully equipped kitchen, television, bedroom linen and bathroom towels.

Inside the main HOUSE the 2 flats are:
- BILO 5 for 3 people (2roomed-apartment)
composed of a kitchen dining-room with TV set on the ground floor and a little stair to the triple room (1 double and 1 single bed) and a bathroom with shower.
-TRILO 10 for 6 people (3roomed-apartment)
has a large living-dining-room with TV set, small kitchen, 2 triple rooms (a double and a single bed in each sleeping room) and 2 bathrooms of which one has a bath-tub and the other a shower.

In the small VILLA in the garden, the other 2 flats are:
- BILO 9 for 4 people (2roomed-apartment)
it has a kitchen connected to the outside terrace, a family room with a double bed, a sngle bed and a sofa-bed, a bathroom with shower.
- TRILO 7 for 5 people (3roomed-apartment)
has kitchen connected with the outside terrace, 2 sleeping rooms (of which one has a third bed) and 2 bathrooms with shower both directly accessible from each own room.

* BED & BREAKFAST:
Our Farm House Peretti B&B has 3 doubles and 2 triple rooms all located on the ground floor with own private entrance and ensuite facilities.
Rooms have a simple but accurate forniture and are equipped with television and fridge.

Once here you will realize how peaceful and relaxing it is, surrounded by 1000 meters of lawns shaded by pine trees and large cypresses.
Farm House Peretti is also very handy for travelling by car to visit the many interesting places in the area: the beautiful beaches of the 'costa d'Argento', the Natural Park of Maremma with it's mediterranean woods and native wild animals, the oasis of the WWF of Orbetello, one of the most beautiful in Italy boasting 150 species of birds, Monte Argentario the fashionable holiday resort. the thermal spa of Saturnia and last but not least all the small towns and villages around here well known for their historical beginnings in the Etruscan, Roman or Medieval eras.

- by car:
Our farm is at an easy reeach from the freeway SS1 Aurelia coming either Grosseto or Rome. Turn off at Km. 156 to enter the Osa road SP 81 heading for Magliano in Toscana. After 5 kms take the left turning onto the Melosella road SP 144 and continue ahead for 1 kilometer till you will see the Peretti Farm signpost.
- by train:
the nearest railway station is at Talamone or in Orbetello.
- by plane:
useful airports of Roma Fiumicino or Pisa.
