The Holyday Homes Case di Inta are situated on the first green hills of Massarosa, at 300 meters on the sea level, encircled by olive groves and woods, offering wide panoramic view over the Tuscany coastline, with charming sunsets.
Montigiano is a small hamlet dating back to the 18.th century still preserving all the beauty of the country style.
“Casa bellavista” can accomodate until 5 people. The garden, for the exclusive use of the guests of the house, is equipped with table and chair, a big gazebo where the guests can take breakfast, a barbecue and table tennis. There is also a private car park for 2 cars. The house is divided into: Ground floor:kitchen (with toaster, fridge, freezer, dishwasher), living room with sofa, tv and fireplace, a little boxroom with washing machine. First floor: a double room, a single room, a single room with possibility for a second bed, bathroom with shower and hydromassage bathtub. The house has also, in common use with “la Limonaia”, one external swimming pool ( 4x9 metre). “la Limonaia” can accomodate until 2 people. The guests of the house have a small garden equipped with table and chair, a big gazebo where the guests can take breakfast and a barbecue There is also a private car park for 2 cars. - By car: Exit motorway A11 Florence-Pisa at Massarosa Follow the road to the center ,following the signs to Pieve a Elici, Montigiano,Monte Pitoro.As you have crossed the wonderful romanesque church of Pieve a elici, you see on the right the sign Montigiano.You are now in the village of Montigiano .Travel through the village into San Alessio, and watch carefully on you right you watch on your right for a small arrow to Case di Inta. - By train: Railway Station inViareggio. - By plane: Pisa Int.al Airport "G. Galilei".
