Our property Casa Valeria is a country holiday house set inside a typical yard located at the foot of Montecarlo hill amid a peaceful and tranquil oasis.
Casa Valeria is the ideal solution for a family wishing to tour around Tuscany at an easy reach of the main art cities, spas and the coastline.
Furthermore Casa Valeria can satisfy any family accommodation need.

The house is on different levels and the entrance is on the groundfloor, a stair will take you to the first floor which has a large living-room with TV and dining facilities and a coach transformablle bed, a kitchen room, a double room and ensuite bathroom, while another twinbedded room is on the mansarda top floor, in order to accommodate 4 or 5 or 6 resident guests.
A parking space is in available in the yard as well a small green area and all around is the Tuscan countryside with restaurants, bars and shops of all kinds.

It is located in the country downwards of Montecarlo.
- By car:
Exit motorway A11 Florence-Pisa/Viareggio at Altopascio and proceed towards Lucca.
Via Stefanini is not in the medieval hamlet, so drive past Altopascio direction Lucca and 2 km haed, on the way to Lucca, you will have to turn right at the PAM Supermaket. that you will see on your left, following roadsigns to Montecralo.
When you'll get to the village center of Turchetto, you must turn right into via di Montecarlo and about after 1,5 km or 1 mile, turn left into via Stefanini.
- By train:
Railway Station either in Pescia (coming from East) or Altopascio (coming from West)
- By plane:
Usefull intern.al airports are "G. Galilei" in Pisa or "A. Vespucci" in Florence.
