Our Fanetti Farm Holidays is part of Tenuta Sant'Agnese located in the heart of vino nobile di Montepulciano production zone and it has been the first estate using the noble wine denomination on its label in 1921.
Tenuta Sant'Agnese is an estate boasting a relaxing atmosphere and it set in one of the more evocative and incontaminated spots of Tuscany countryside.
In order to implement our farm activity we have realized apartment holidays for self-catered vacation in podere San Giuseppe and in podere Sant'Adele which are situated in a charming position and have been equipped of all comfort.
Both vacation houses in our Fanetti Farm holidays have been obtained restructuring two typical stoned Tuscan country homes, bringing them back to the ancient splendor offering the best modern facilities.
* PODERE SAN GIUSEPPE
it has of 4 two-roomed apartments and an ample garden with a beautiful swimming pool for the exclusive use of resident guests.
Apartments can accommodate from 2 to 4 persons and are composed of a large living-room with kitchenette and a sofa bed coach, a beautiful bouble room furnished with a wrought iron kingsized bed and nineteenth-century style pieces, a large en-suite private bathroom, all in order to render a pleasant country styled stay.
* PODERE SANT'ADELE
it is our new vacation house structure that offers comfort and relax in an elegant atmosphere and nature setting.
Podere S. Adele is also enclircled by a beautiful garden with pool for the sole use of our guests and the country house has 2 more apartments boasting the same characteristics as podere San Giuseppe.
All the apartments in the two vacation houses overlook the surrounding hills and are an ideal location to spend pleasant moments of relax, to sunbathe and refresh oneself around the swimming pool, in an oasis of peace and tranquillity.
For the sport lovers, both vacation houses in the Fanetti Farm holidays Sant'Agnese Estate are the ideal starting points for long and pleasant walks, either on foot than mountain-bike and also to do horse ridings using the close handling club.
Furthermore it is possible to visit the farm historic winery, go trekking in the vineyards and take part in the organized wine tasting.

The two houses are set at just 2 Km from Montepulciano town centre.
- by car:
exit gate in Chiusi-Chianciano Terme an the A1 motorway and follow signs towards Chianciano, Sant'Albino and Montepulciano.
When you reach Montepulciano turn right at San Biagio crossing, drive along the ring road to get at Sant'Agnese church and turn left towards Acquaviva.
If you ring us up, we will come at Sant'Agnese church to drive you home.
