Surrounded by the greenery of a secular park and in a panoramic setting, at 600 metres above sea level, our Balletti Park Hotel Complex at San Martino al Cimino by Viterbo has made the art of hospitality its unique vocation for 25 years.
We offer different types of accommodation at our Hotel Complex: all together, 340 beds in 134 rooms, suites and cottages.
All of them have bathrooms, telephone, hairdryer, satellite television, air conditioning and mini-bar.
Two restaurants with panoramic terraces and the Special Events Hall complete the description of the hotel complex together with the high skill and courtesy of our staff.
As soon as you enter Balletti Park Hotel you will feel surrounded by a warm and pleasant atmosphere, would it be for a cool drink at our American bar or an evening enjoing the notes of the piano bar.
In the park, besides a wonderful swimming-pool with a water toboggan, guests will find a prescribed grass football field, a five-players football ground, a bowls and a skating area, tennis courts, an artificial lake for fishing and a riding school.
During the summer our activity staff looks after the organisation of games, tournaments, mini-club, evening shows, journeys, “equipped trial runs”, and horseback riding in the Natural Reserve of the Lake of Vico.

* from Florence, take A1 higway towards Rome up to the exit for Orte, then proceed on the motorway to Viterbo and take the provincial road Sanmartinese towards San Martino al Cimino.
* from Perugia, take the E45 towards Rome till you reach Orte.
* from Rome, take the Ring (G.R.A.) exiting and follow the Cassia Bis up to Monterosi where you can choose between the Cassia Cimina Road towards Ronciglione heading towards San Martino, or continue along the Cassia Bis to Viterbo and then reach San Martino.
* from Civitavecchia, follow the SS1 Aurelia up to the exit for Monteromano and continue towards Vetralla to get along the Cassia up to San Martino.
- by train:
The most important stations to reach San Martino al Cimino are: Rome Termini, Orte Scalo and Viterbo.
