La Locanda di Filo is a comfortable country Villa for Bed and Breakfast accommodation with own warm indoor kitchen facilities and a patio by the outdoor swimming pool, for a relaxing attractive holiday, not far from the beaches of the Versilian Riviera and easy access to Pisa, Lucca, Cinque Terre and Florence.
La Locanda di Filo B&B boasts five bedrooms (a spacious suite and a junior suite - to suit a family needs, and 3 double or twin room - all have ensuite bathroom), a large secluded garden with an above-ground swimming pool and excellent facilities, to render you a great enjoyable stay.
The country guest house is bright and traditional, nice and cool in the summertime and it has access onto a furnished 'veranda' - an ideal place also for breakfasts.
Both the owners live in the annexee between the pool and the parking.
The holiday Guest House makes an excellent base for your trips all over Tuscany and to Cinque Terre.
Its private location gives you somewhere to top up your tan in peace, but there are wealths of diversions and holiday activities within a short driving distance.
GENERAL CONDITIONS - B&B La Locanda di Filo:
- Arrival between 3 and 8 pm. In case that the guest arrives after 8 pm, please advice.
- Departure within 10.30 a.m.
The price includes: overnight stay, breakfast, parking, use of the swimming pool, daily room cleaning.
The price doesn't include everything that is not indicated.
* Booking:
In order to book definitely, is required a 30% down payment if made through sending of the credit card. If down payment is made through bank transfer or postal order is required: until 7 days before the arrival 100%, within 30 days 70% of the total and if the booking si made before 30 days 50% of the total.
- Cancellation:
In case of cancellation of the reservation, the down payment will not be refunded.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation of the reservation, the following penalties will be applied: cancellation from the reservation until 30 days before Check In 50%; 30 days until 11 days before Check In 70%; 10 days until 0 days before Check In 100%. No Show 100%

How to reach La Locanda di Filo Bed and Breakfast
From Genoa A12
1. Exit from the motorway at Viareggio and go towards Lido di Camaiore.
2. At Lido di Camaiore you will come to a roundabout (Via Italica) where you should turn right. Follow the Via Italica until driving over a bridge and take the second road on your right, via del ciampino. Follow this road and you will arrive at a STOP sign, where you should turn right and from there follow the signs that will lead you to the B&B.
From Florence
1. Take the motorway A11 FIRENZE-MARE towards Pisa.
2. At Pisa Nord drive on the motorway A12 towards Genoa.
3. Exit at Viareggio and from the tollbooth drive towards "Lido di Camaiore".
4. At Lido di Camaiore you will come to a roundabout (Via Italica) where you should turn right.
