TORRI DI BAGNARA holiday farm is made up of Medieval Historical Buildings: The Tower (12th century) has apartments and Saint Quirico Abbey (11th century) is a Hotel Relais.
It features a large panoramic swimming pool (120 sqm) located in a broad lawn with flowers, cherry and olive trees.
The holiday farm stands inside the Bagnara Estate, an agro-zootechnic farm featuring 1.300 acres (590 hectares) of water-plain, woods and pastures, with hare, roe and Chianina cattle raising, and olive growings.
The farm is crossed by river Tiber and dotted with small lakes, brooks and medieval castles.
* Hotel Relais PIEVE SAN QUIRICO:
The stone Abbey has been restructured in 2005 and it offers bed and breakfast accommodation in 4 luxury double rooms and 3 junior suites.
Furthermore it has a reception, meeting rooms, a panoramic terrace and breakfast room. It has an outside lightning with ancient streetlamps lined with forged iron, and parking areas.
The luxurious bedrooms are all different and elegantly furnished with antique 19th furnishings.
Rooms are equipped with air conditioning, heating, ensuite bathrooms with tub and shower (some have Jacuzzi), telephone, PC modem plug, frigobar, hair-drier, coloured sat TV. Each Jr.Suite feature entrance, closet, 1 double bedroom, large bathroom.

The stone Tower with adjacent residence features 4 exclusive apartments (with 2, 4 and 5 beds) plus 1 additional single room with bathroom to be rented in addition to any apartment.
Guests have at their disposal a large terraced garden (1.000 sqm) with olive and fig trees, broom and lavender bushes, common living room with a panoramic terrace, common laundry and covered parking. It has an outside lightning with ancient streetlamps lined with forged iron..
Apartments feature coloured sat. TV, antiques furnishings, terracotta floors and fireplace. Each apartment has a full kitchen with dishwasher, hair-drier, towels, bed and household linen, pool towels, an independent heating system, and GSM mobile telephone.All beds have bed base with beech wood laminated slats.
The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensil. You may find stone barrelt vault ceilings with frescoes, arched Romanesque windows and old arches.
The Resort offers a comprehensive range of services. There are guided visits around the farm and explanations of the working of this fascinating estate. There are tours (with an interpreter, if needed) to the art centres of Umbria's cities. There are Mountain Bikes, massages, cooking classes, floral arrangement classes, tasting and purchase of the Farm’s products (DOP Olive Oil, DOC Wines, Honey, Truffles). Ask for a programme of all the major events taking place in the region. There is a car and minibus with driver for hire, on request. exit at Resina, 18 kms north of Perugia, along the freeway E45 (Orte-Ravenna). Proceed northwards on state road S.S. up to km. 89,7 to turn left towards Pieve San Quirico-Bagnara and after 1 km after you have crossed the rail tracks and the Tiber bridge, you will get to the entrance of the upward road to the Resort.

railway station of Perugia-Fontivegge, then reach the Perugia-Sant’Anna station to take Ferrovia Centrale Umbra line and stop at Solfagnano-Parlesca.
