The village commands a charming panoramic view over the green ample Vara Valley as far as the Emilian mountains.
It is a vision of unspeakably beautiful nature to be enjoyed in a relaxing and peaceful setting where pollution and defilement are carefully kept away.
The hotel has been designed to afford the guests very comfortable accomodation and offer a holiday resort characterized by refined taste and individual freedom with a wide choice of open air diversion for those who are not fond of group activities.
The tourist resort is composed of different buildings and provides the following facilities:
- a central villa with the reception and catering purposes with a 200 place panoramic dining room particularly suitable for banquets, feasts and group business luncheons.
- Several detached buildings offering totally 38 bedrooms, each one has shower - bathroom, telephone, minibar and sat-TV.
- a terrace with a bean-shaped outdoor swimming-pool with a Jacuzzi.
- a tennis court (sintetic).
- two bowlings alleys .
- a skating ring.
Total extent of the village is of 10 ha. mainly as a natural park which surrounds the village hotel.
Parking space is about 4000 sq. mts.
A special care is devoted to the preparation and enhancing of the typical local dishes but even refined international and creative ones.
Furthermore an ample selection of typical local and regional wines are proposed to add a special touch to each menů.
The most part the village consists of ancient rural buidings, now carefully restored maintaining their original structures so as to make it look like the old time rustic village.

Exit motorwau A12 Genoa-La Spezia at Brugnato - Borghetto Vara and turn left towards Borghetto. At the crossing with S.S. nr. 1 Aurelia turn right (folloing the hotel signs). Proceed straight on for about 500 mts. and turn left towards Faggiona driving uphill for another 5 kms. till you'll rech the Hotel.
