In the heart of Tuscany, on the hills of San Miniato, between Florence and Pisa, in a panoramic and enchanting position.
Country Agriturismo Bellavista is placed at 120 metres above the sea level and it was built renovating an ancient farm, with also oil press, cellars, land agent house, and about 50 hectares of Chianti vineyards, olive groves and fresh small woods that allow long and healthy walks.
Agriturismo Bellavista estate offers accommodation in 11 well furnished flats (two and three-roomed apartments).
Each one is furnished with a kitchen with a little oven, refrigerator, and hot plates and besides the lounge-kitchen the two-roomed flat are composed of one bedroom with shower, while the three- roomed flat have two bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower.
Each flat has different period furniture.
The weekly price includes the use of the satellite TV, the safe-deposit box and the bed linen and towels.
On the ground floor of the building there is the reception, a big lounge and one show-room of the estate products: good Chianti wine, extra-virgin olive oil, olive patè deriving from the prized biological cultivation.
About 50 metres from the buildince there are a tiled swimming pool (14 x 7 mt) and another little one for children, both surrounded by a brick-floor, beach umbrellas and deckchairs to relax.
In the premises there is an amusement park for children.
Thanks its position, at 1.5 km from San Miniato, it is also a good starting point to visit famous cultural centres: Vinci, Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Montecatini Terme, Siena, Arezzo and the Tyrrhenian coast.

Bellavista can be reached easily by the freeway Firenze-Pisa/Livorno, exiting at Empoli ovest, driving left towards Ponte a Elsa. At the traffic light turn right for the main road and after about one km left for Calenzano. Before the little village, on the right, there is the farm holidays.
