The name Maremonti Residence is to underline its beatiful setting in the hillside area of San Corrado di Fuori, in the outskirtses of Noto, a short drive to the historic downtown.
Our two apartments are set in a small beatiful country house on two levels located in via della Croce and they are both equipped with heating or air conditioning, double en-suite facilities and external furnished areas for the exclusive use of our resident guests. .
The apartments have been furnished with charm and boast an exclusive equipment of bed linen and bath towels, dishes, and various kitchenware for daily use.
We provide weekly cleaning and linen change.
* Apartment A - sleeps 6 people
it is set at nr. 14 and it is composed of:
- an ample entrance-living-room on the ground floor with TV set from which one reach the first floor by an elegant wood and maiolica staircase, to get to:
- a double kingsized bedroom with TV, wardrobe room and a comfortable veranda
- a twin bedroom with TV plug
- a sleeping room with 2 bunk beds and TV plug
- a bathroom with tub
- a bathroom with shower-box
- a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, dish washer, electric oven, four gas cooker, aspirant hood
- a living-dining-room with TV set and a comfortable veranda
- a small storage room
- a large balcony with a beautiful view, equipped with a large beach-umbrella and garden furniture.
* Apartment B - sleeps 4 people
it is set at nr. 16 and it is composed of:
- a dining-living-room with TV set
- a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, dish washer, electric oven, four gas cooker, aspirant hood

- two bathrooms with shower-box
- a kingsized bedroom with TV and a comfortable veranda

How to reach the hotel : Residence MareMonti
- by car:
From Catania drive along the speedway SS nr. 114 towards Syracuse that it is directly linked to with highway to Gela and to continue up to the compulsory exit of Cassibile.
then get on the state road SS nr. 115 and follow signs towards Ragusa up to Noto and once arrived follow the indications towards the Hospital and Palazzolo Acreide.
Past the Hospital continue in direction of Palazzolo Acreide for about 2,5 Km up to San Corrado di Fuori and there, take the first crossroad left into the via della Croce, immediately after the village road sign to reach number 14 and 16 and get to our MareMonti Residence.

Railway station in Noto
It is suggested to stop in Siracusa station and take the bus line to Noto in order to avoid waiting a long time for correspondance and train change.
From Noto, to get in San Corrado di Fuori, public line Caruso runs city bus links with scheduled departures.
