Welcome to our Onda Marina Residence we shall be pleased to assist and accommodate you and your family.
Recently opened, this modern palace feautures 32 two-roomed flats suitable for 2 to 4 people. Our apartments are set on 3 different floors and all have balcony or terrace.
The apartments located on the top floor are structured on 2 different levels:
on the lower floor a double room with bath and on the upper floor a lving-room with kitchenette and a sofa-bed for 2 people, a little typical balcony.
The apartments located on the 1.st and 2.nd floor have:
a double room, a living-room with kitchenette and a sofa-bed for 2 people, a bathroom with shower and a balcony, all on the same level.
The facilities offered to the resident guests at Onda Marina Residence are:
- a reception hall
- a large garden
- a swimming-pool with solarium and outside furniture
- an American bar & Coffee shop with inside and outside service
- 1 parking space inside the property for each apartment.
The Residence is fully air-conditioned and furnished with a lift.
All the apartments have a telephone connection and TV.
Our modern Onda Marina Residence is located in the premises of a green and elegant area with the most charming villas of the Riviera della Versilia.
Specially recommended for those people wishing to spend a quiet and relaxing holiday by the sea-side.
Private beach clubs and the fine sandy beach are only at 3/4 of a mile away.
The atmosphere is pretty and comfortable.

RATES INCLUDE: Use of water, gas, electricity, Final cleaning, Bed Linen (bath towels and kitchen clothes have to be brought) pool use from 15/05 to 20/10, air conditioning from 15/06 to 15/09 and a wine tasting per week.
PAYMENT TERMS:
30% deposit on bookings and balance 1 month prior to arrival.
TO BE PAID ON SPOT:
- Damage deposit € 100,00;
- Baby cot (0-3 years) € 30,00 per week;
- Pets admitted € 40,00 per week;
