Massa Lubrense is a small town set in the southern part of the Sorrentina peninsula, with a settlement divided in 18 hamlets, correspondents to the ancient country houses. All the villages are linked with many paths that pass across limoneti, olives groves and the Mediterranean wood, ideal to make pleasant naturalistic walks. The center of the village is Largo Vescovado, an evocative terrace that overlook the sea, where lie the church of Saint Maria delle Grazie and the Palazzo Episcopale.

From the center of Massa Lubrense starts the way leading to Marina della Lobra, a typical seafaring village with the houses built in front of the beach and of the port. Here there is the church of Santa Maria della Lobra, constructed in 1528, that in its inside conserve a beautiful pavement of the XVIII century.
Or you can choose the road that goes to the higher zones, in particular the hamlet of Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi, where it is possible to enjoy an unique panorama over both the gulfs of Naples and Salerno. The village was a traditional summer resort for Neapolitan middle-class, thanks to its healthy air and the mild climate.

The territory of Massa Lubrense ends on south with the cape of Punta Campanella, where there is the Torre Minerva built by Roberto d'Angiņ and used until the XVII century to sight the ships of pirates. The zone is a part of the Punta Campanella marine park, instituted in 1997 for guardian and valuing the natural beauties of this stretch of coast, along nearly 40 km. Between its wonders the main one is the Bay of Jeranto, true paradise, we can reach with an evovative path that finishes in the beautiful beach of Capitiello.
