Mantua is a small fascinating evocative city in Eastern Lombardy, situated in the lower Po plain where the Mincio river forms a lake. The lake encircles the city on three sides and it is crossed by two viaducts that they divide it in lago Superiore, Inferiore and di Mezzo.

Andrea and from piazza Mantenga one can reach up the XV century Palace, the Palazzo Valenti and the Andreasi house. Going more ahead is the Palazzo del Te and for who loves nature itineraries, the city is inserted in the Mincio Park. The Park, extends from north to south between the Lombardic border and the Po river, comprising the Mincio Valley. The territory is varied and it spaces from hills to the plain and to the complex of the Mantua lakes.

Mantua beyond to being the city of the Gonzaga family it is also the native town of Virgilio, the great Latin poet and it has works of numerous artists and painters as Mantegna, Pisanello, Giulio Romano, Leon Battista Alberti and more.
