Our Castello di Frino is a small but graceful 2 star hotel located in an large park amid secular trees.
The palace offers a beautiful panorama on Lago Maggiore and it boasts the ideal setting for who love to spend a pleasant vacation in a restful, quiet, serene oasis.
The hotel features 15 bedrooms among which also 1 suite, all have old style furnishings and en-suite private facilities with bathtub or shower-box.
The other facilities available for the Castle resident guests are:
- the hall with the reception
- a inner restaurant proposing our typical lake cuisine and Italian spesialities
- the bar with an open terrace that dominates the lake, where in the nice season breakfast is served
- a beautiful swimming pool in the hotel garden equipped with beach umbrellas and deck-chairs
and a tennis court in the park for the sport lovers.
The architectonic and ornament style of the late 17th century Castle was made by Cardinal Morigia and later on review by architect Pirovano
The atmosphere created also suits for pleasant meetings, banquetings and cerimonials.

- On A26 motorway Genoa-Arona-Gravellona Toce exit in Baveno, if coming from south or in Gravellona Toce, if coming from the Domodossola or Simplon Pass.
Follow road signs towards Verbania and once crossed Intra you will shortly reach Ghiffa.
- Lago Maggiore state road if coming from Swiss Tessin via Locarno-Ascona. Ghiffa is shortly before Verbania.
