Our Villa Sauci is a small but very comfortable elegant Bed & Breakfast, equipped of bedroom and suite or apartment and it is located in a beatiful setting overlooking Firriato Cove, located only 2,5 km from the beach of San Vito Lo Capo, on the road that leads to the Zingaro Nature Park.
Villa Sauci Bed & Breakfast has 2 double bedrooms, 1 suite with Jacuzzi and 3 suites or apartments with kitchenette and it is in a position to satisfying any accommodation requirement.
Furthermore all described accommodation type enjoy a sea view.
Suites or apartments are situated on the groundfloor and are elegantly furnished in Mediterranean style and equipped of every comfort.
Eech suite is approximately 55 sq. m large to host 2 to 4 persons and has a sea view terrace equipped with barbecue, external table, chairs and deckchair.
On the first floor there is an elegant hall that it is developed on beyond 100 sq. m where it is possible to spend pleasant moments reading, listening music or watching TV.
Also the large windows in the hall boast a splendid sea view.
Close to the hall are set the three bedrooms, all with private bath.
Rooms have been elegantly furnished and equipped of every comfort.
Our Bed and Breakfast allows to alternate quiet shady relaxing moments amid the trees, take pleasant walks to the village centre, sun bathe in the Firriato cove or on the golden beach of San Vito Lo Capo and, if preferred, take a bath in the cosy Villa swimming pool.
