Our small and comfortable Le Rondini Hotel Restaurant will allow you to spend a pleasant stay away from the normal city confusion, in a calm country village set in the outskirtses of La Spezia, from where it is easy to reach up to the Cinque Terre coastline also on foot, through the trekking paths.
Le Rondini Hotel features 12 double rooms all with ensuite private facilities and it constitutes an ideal occasion of stop over for couples, families or small groups, with no difficulty to park.
Our restaurant offers a small choice of simple but tasty and genuine plates of the local typical kitchen tradition, accurately home prepared for our guests. Optimal cold cuts as ham and salamis are served as appetizer, accompanied by home made warm thin focaccia and vegetables in olive oil.
Our first course has choices of handmade fresh pasta such as rumbles creamed with pore mushroom, meat stuffed raviolis flavored with ragù, trofies in basil pesto sauce, ricotta stuffed pansottis in walnut sauce, etc.
Pork chops, beefsteack and tagliata, baked guinea-fowl are only some of our main course samples that we propose our guests all cooked from our landlady.
In the evening, a good pizza cooked in the firewood oven is prepared according to your tastes or choosed from our list, it will be an alternative to integrate or replace the traditional supper and it can be served and tasted in complete tranquillity also in our pizzeria, next to the restaurant.
A good dessert, like a big slice of apple tart, fresh fruits crostate, marmelade pies, tiramisù, pannacotta or chocolate jelly, will be the best conclusion of your meal.
We have moreover a separate dining-room to suit ceremonies, banquetings or lunch and dinner of any type.
For the sport lovers, in addition to trekking, it is possible to practice in the hotel premises, also other activities such as tennis, horse riding or swimming in a public pool.
