The Residence is composed of one floor small villas in Sardinian style, where two and three-roomed flats are placed with verandas and a big garden with a shadowy parking.
The complex overlooks the beautiful Gulf of Arzachena and it is set at just 150 metres from the sea, the free beaches and the cliffs.
It offers guests, on request, also space for small crafts.
The Residence is placed not far from the centre of Cannigione and it is 7 km. from Baja Sardinia and the Emerald Coast.
Daily ship excursions to the near Archipelago of Maddalena are available.
ACCOMMODATION:
Nr. 6 Two-roomed flat for 2+2 pax
eachone is composed of one double room, one lounge where other two people can sleep, the kitchen, and one bathroom.
Arrivals are scheduled from Saturday after 4 p.m. and departures by 9 a.m.
In August, a minimum stay of two weeks, is required.

The Residence is located outside the village centre of Cannigione at 7 km. from Costa Smeralda.
