Our Casa Pellini Hoilday House is a stone courtyard building located at Gragna, a small village by Guncugnano, Lucca.
The hamlet of Gragna is dipped in the green high Garfagnana region inside the Tuscan Apennines National Park, close to Ponteccio.
What mainly characterizes the village is nature and absolute peace, thanks to its geographic positation at 950 meters above the sea level. Casa Pellini Hoilday House has been entirely restructured offering the most modern conforts and a unique panoramic view.
Casa Pellini vacation house features two apartments:
- ORCHIDEA for 4-6 people
is set on two levels and it has a living-dining room with a fireplace and a double coach, satellite TV, a kitchenette with gasfire, oven and a fridge.
On the upper floor there are 2 double rooms and a bathroom with shower-box.
A large furnished yard is abailable to sunbathe and relax enjoying the landscape.
- EDERA for 4-5 people
is set on two floors and it has a living-room with a fireplace and satellite TV, a dining-kitchen room with gasfire, oven, fridge and on the frist floor it has 2 double rooms, a bathroom with shower-box and a large furnished balcony to relax.
The green fileds and the secular chestnut trees that encircle the village of Gragna, render the area a marvellous oasis suitable for pleasant walks breathing the pure air, far away from the noisy modern cities.
